We normally require:

Accurate information is particularly important when sending flowers to hotels, resorts, villas, and private residences.

3. Sending Flowers to Hotels & Resorts

We regularly deliver flowers to hotels, resorts, and villas throughout Koh Samui.

When placing an order, please provide the recipient's full name exactly as registered with the hotel or accommodation.

If available, please also provide the room number or booking information.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may coordinate with the hotel's reception, concierge, or guest services to ensure the flowers can be received safely.

4. Sending Flowers to Private Villas & Residences

For private villas and residences, please provide the complete address and a telephone number for the recipient.

Some villa locations may be difficult to access or may have security procedures. In such cases, our delivery team may contact the recipient or property staff to arrange an appropriate delivery.

5. Same-Day Flower Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available depending on:
