By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order details have been verified by Samui Florist.

2. Payment

Payment must be completed according to the payment instructions provided during the ordering process.

For custom, large, or special-event orders, full payment may be required before production begins.

3. Flower Availability

Flowers are seasonal and availability may change depending on the season, weather, market conditions, and local supply.

If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with another flower of similar quality, style, color, and value.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall design and value of the arrangement.

4. Product Images

Images displayed on our website represent the general style and design of our products.

Because flowers are natural products and every arrangement is handmade, the final arrangement may vary slightly in flower size, shape, color, quantity, and composition.

Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.

5. Delivery

We provide flower delivery throughout Koh Samui, including hotels, resorts, villas, private residences, restaurants, offices, hospitals, and event venues.

Customers must provide accurate:

• Recipient name

• Recipient telephone number

• Delivery address

• Hotel, resort, or villa details

• Room or villa number where applicable

• Delivery instructions

Samui Florist is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time, flower availability, delivery location, and daily order volume.

During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year, and other peak periods, delivery schedules may be more limited.

7. Hotel & Villa Deliveries

When delivering to a hotel, resort, or villa, flowers may be left with reception, concierge, guest services, or another authorized staff member if the recipient cannot be contacted directly.

For private residences and villas, someone may need to be available to receive the delivery.

8. Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the recipient using the telephone number provided.

A second delivery attempt may be subject to an additional delivery charge.

9. Custom Orders

Custom arrangements are individually designed according to customer requirements.

Because custom orders are prepared specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

10. Fresh Flower Care

Fresh flowers are natural products.

Their lifespan depends on flower variety, temperature, humidity, handling, and environmental conditions.

Samui Florist cannot guarantee a specific lifespan after delivery because environmental conditions are outside our control.

11. Complaints

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs of the arrangement and packaging so that we can properly assess the issue.

12. Events & Peak Periods

For weddings, corporate events, large orders, and special occasions, customers should place orders as early as possible.

Special delivery arrangements may be required for large or event orders.

13. Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide our products and services as described.

However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue policies, incorrect information, or recipient unavailability.

14. Changes to These Terms

Samui Florist may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
